Purchasing Terms & Conditions: By purchasing items from this website, the buyer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions for the purchase stated on this website.

Returns: We value you as a customer, and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with each purchase. For that reason, you may return any item purchased from latinobooks.com by bringing, or shipping, the item back to us. Items being returned must be: - Returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. Latinobooks.com does not offer cash refunds. Instead, all returned items will be replaced with an equivalent amount of on-line credit- only redeemable on line. If your item was shipped to you, shipping charges will not be included in the total of the refund unless the wrong book or a damaged book was shipped.If you have any questions about this returns policy, you may reach us at customerservice@plazadelibros.com.

Cancellations: Email or contact us and we will cancel any order that has not already been shipped. Please include your name and order number. You may reach us at customerservice@plazadelibros.com.

Shipping: Final shipping cost for an order is composed of a flat per-book shipping fee. These fees will be displayed during your check out process. We cannot ship to PO BOX addresses. Please provide us with a proper "Physical Street" address when placing your order. Any order to Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico, may incur an additional fee to cover the extra shipping & handling charges.All packages must be signed for at time of delivery. No package will be delivered without a signature. However, a signed signature release form can be left for the delivery driver if no one is expected to be home/work during the day, to sign for the package in person.

Taxes: Sales tax is charged for same-state orders, but not for out-of-state orders. For example, if you are shipping to an address out of California you will not be charged California sales tax.

Ordering & Payments: We accept Visa and MasterCard and charges on your statement will appear as Plaza De Libros Garden Grove, CA. Checks should be made payable to Plaza De Libros.

Special Orders: "Special Order" refers to a book that may not be readily available for shipping. While some of these books might be hard to find, others are more easily obtained. Books that are considered rare or collector's items are special orders. In some instances, it may take us longer to locate this book for you than it would for a standard order, and the price is subject to change. We will contact you about the status of any special order you place with us.
